Former Secretaries of Defense James Mattis (who served from January 2017 to December 2018) and Mark Esper (July 2019-November 2020) have both said that Trump is unfit to serve as President.

McMaster, Kirstjen Nielsen, Doug Perdue, Tom Price, Scott Pruitt, David Shulkin, and Rex Tillerson. Three members have stated they will not vote for Trump in 2024.

Having failed to repeal Obamacare, Trump cut funding for ACA sign-up efforts and urged the Supreme Court to terminate the law. 45 million Americans are enrolled in ACA-related coverage. When asked what he would replace it with, Trump replied that he has “concepts of a plan.”
